Flexible Cancellation Options:
Once you’ve placed your order, cancellations are possible under certain conditions. Please review the following:
- Within 4 hours after payment: Full refund
- Within 8 hours after payment: 95% refund
- Within 24 hours after payment: 80% refund
- After 24 hours: Order cannot be cancelled, as production has begun.
Order Processing
- Orders begin processing within 24 hours of payment. Once production starts or the doll is prepared for shipment, materials are assigned, and costs are incurred.
- Please check your order carefully before submitting. After 24 hours or once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Schedule:
- 4 hours: Full Refund
- 8 hours: 95% Refund
- 24 hours: 80% Refund
- After 24 hours: No cancellation
Stock Dolls Additional Information
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, shipping, handling, and packaging fees will be deducted from your refund.
Handling Out-of-Stock Dolls
If the doll you ordered is out of stock, we offer the following options:
- Free Replacement: Choose another doll, and we will adjust the price or refund the difference.
- Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund.
2. Return Policy

Once you receive your doll, please carefully inspect it. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as it can greatly assist in resolving any issues. To help us resolve your concerns promptly, please send detailed photos or videos to info@sexdollwildnight.com
Problem Resolution:
We provide solutions for the following situations:
- Incorrect Doll: If the doll differs from your order, send us an unboxing video showing the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Damaged Doll: If your doll arrives damaged, report it to the carrier immediately and contact us. Depending on the damage, we will offer a repair kit, replacement, or refund.
- Lost Package: File a claim with the carrier and notify us. Most packages require an adult signature for safe delivery.
Important Notes:
- Hygiene and Safety: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, adult products are generally not returnable. Returns are only accepted if the doll is unused and in brand-new condition.
- Unauthorized Returns: Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
- Customized Dolls: Custom and personalized dolls are not eligible for returns.
